A complete Master Health Check

The Master Health Check comprises a comprehensive series of health tests.  This scientifically compiled list of investigations will help us identify even a minor deviation in the health status of the elder.

On the completion of registration formalities, the senior citizen patient undergoes a Master Health Check. This check-up will form the base on which the health status of the elder will be monitored.

Consultation

The Clinical Examination & Medical Summary will be followed by advice from a medical/paramedical professional.

Half yearly quick health check

After the completion of the Master Health Check, a follow up test is advised every six months. The Quick Health Check is a compact package of essential reviews of the patient’s condition to ensure that the elder continues to enjoy good health. This test also helps bring to light any health issues the patient may have recently developed.

Friendly call every week

We understand that many times, just a friendly phone call can succeed in lifting the spirits of the ageing or the old.

We will call your elders every week just to say hello and to let them know that there is someone watching out for them. This small but crucial feature of Silver care will also keep them (and sponsorer) assured - week after week, that their needs are being attended to.

Bi monthly home visit by Nurse

Regular follow-ups and evaluation can ensure better health in elderly. Visiting a hospital may be inconvenient for elders; Silver care takes care of this important aspect. A doctor/nurse visits the elders at home on a bi-monthly basis ensuring that they have the benefit of a regular preventive check and health status evaluation.

Visits by allied professionals

There would be visits by allied health professionals such as a counselor, to evaluate general well being; physiotherapist/occupational therapist to evaluate functional status and dietician to take care of and evaluate the food habits, a nurse to examine and look for any specific health complaints. All this to further ensure the overall physical and mental health of the elders
